The objective is to serve in partnership with the country's universities and educational institutions an online virtual library of all the scientific work of the students searchable by everyone in the world; and thus stimulate universities to act in this direction as well. This for the promotion of the said works instead of their destruction after a period of 20 years.

This circle of reflection presents the works and services on its website in good faith and without a counterpart. Anyone who would see some or all of his works on the site, please contact us to have ample explanation on the presentation of his work. Notwithstanding the fact that there are authors whose online publication of their works have been warned in advance.

The Site operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is free to access. The Circle reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend or interrupt, temporarily or permanently the work on its Site.

The purpose of the Site is to provide Users with a database containing documents written by students or experts (professors, executives, etc.) in multiple fields (the "Documents").
